Thanks Patrick,

I=E2=80=99ve not been able to find anything on the government website =
that clarifies this - and I can=E2=80=99t find a contact link to ask a =
question. Is it possible to point me to someone who would know the =
definitive answer?=20

Government guidance says, "Check with your legal adviser (if you have =
one) if you=E2=80=99re not sure whether the new accessibility rules =
apply to you.=E2=80=9D =
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/accessibility-requirements-for-public-sector-w=
ebsites-and-apps

Which is not helpful - as it=E2=80=99s the government that makes the =
law.=20

Thanks,
Jim
